POSTAGE DISCOUNT AVAILABLE

Unfortunately, ebay has set a limit on postage rates being shown in the summary. This causes the reduced postage fees for multiple and larger lots not to be shown. We do not significantly inflate our postage rates, but includes a handling fee (recovery of fees, stationery and time), albeit small. Our scale is shown below. We post articles the best way possible, even in multiple envelopes to help reduce the cost.

As another restriction to Sellers, ebay has forced us to include payment by Paypal. This is not our preferred payment method as they implement a fee on the whole payment (sale plus postage). It takes us 3 to 7 days to withdraw the money for our use (like pay for goods, postage and stationery) and they charge us.

·         Our preferred method is the cheaper, safer and more secure (and  for us, faster) method of Direct Deposit through the Bank system. We also accept Money Orders, Cheques and, of course, Paypal.

·        INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE TO USE PAYPAL ONLY

Payment:

Within Australia: We prefer Direct Deposit. Cheques and Money Orders are accepted, but have to wait to be cleared.  Ebay has forced sellers to have Paypal as an option, so we accept that as well, though this is NOT our preferred option.

Outside Australia: Paypal Only as this is the most convenient method. We regret that we are unable to accept money orders or personal cheques from international customers due to excessive bank fees.

Postage, Packing & Handling:

There is a DISCOUNT AVAILABLE for multiple auction wins. However, this is restricted to the weight of the items sold. Auctions can be combined to save postage but this will not be determined until after the auctions. Please email us for combined total if we have not informed you. Registered Mail (insures item up to $100) is an option within Australia for $2-75, so please advise if you wish this to be added to the total cost.

We will not accept any responsibilty for any unregistered items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post. Having said that, we do recognise that Australia Post has a very high percentage of delivered mail (over 95%), so please do not be alarmed if items do not arrive within a few days. It has been proven that we can post items in the same letterbox at the same time and they can arrive at the same address up to a week apart. We will endeavour to assist as much as we can. All items have a “Do Not Bend” note and cardboard added to assist in deterring determined posties from bending it (as some don’t read instructions) and making it fit in your letterbox. If you have a destructive postie, please advise us beforehand.

Refunds:

Refunds are only accepted if the comic for some reason is faulty, doesn’t match the description or  there was a major defect not mentioned in the listing.  Please do keep in mind that we aren’t perfect and on occasion we have mistakenly sent a wrong comic or forgotten to include something, if that happens please contact us asap as we will either fix the problem or issue a refund asap.  We don’t refund if you have changed your mind as governed by Australian Consumer Laws.
